1. About the platform JanataSevak provides digital public profile pages for political leaders and related work records (posts, reports, gallery, and tools). The platform helps leaders share verified public information with citizens.

2. Eligibility and accounts - You must provide accurate registration details. - You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. - You must not share your account or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.

3. Profile content and approval - You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload or publish. - Content may be reviewed by admins. Once approved, routine edits generally do not require re-approval, but admins may disable or reject profiles that violate these terms. - Public URL slug is locked after first set for leaders; only admins may change it later.

4. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Post false, defamatory, hateful, illegal, or abusive content. - Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service. - Impersonate another person or misuse another leader’s identity. - Use automated bots to create accounts or spam the platform.

5. Premium features Some features (such as Reports and Gallery management) may require a paid premium plan. Fees, renewals, and access periods are managed as shown in your dashboard / admin settings.

6. Intellectual property - Platform design, branding, and software belong to JanataSevak / its operators. - You retain rights to your own uploaded content, and grant us a license to host and display it for operating the service.

7. Third-party links and tools Links to Google Drive, OneDrive, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other external tools are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.

8. Disclaimer Public profiles and work records are provided by leaders themselves. JanataSevak does not guarantee electoral outcomes or the completeness of every published claim. Use the platform at your own judgment.

9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanataSevak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, downtime, or user-generated content.

10. Account deletion and suspension You may delete your account from the dashboard after password confirmation. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
